The bracelet was literally out of the box. I opened the package and the bracelet fell out. I dont know how it managed to come out of its box, but it is HORRIBLE PACKAGING. Very bad experience with Giva. I will not be buying any of your products and will go out of my way to tell others to not buy it too. You really need to do better. Very very bad experience.
