Exchange Policy

      Exchanges must be done in-store only

      Item must be physically returned to the showroom

      Exchange value must be equal to or higher than the original purchase value

      Original invoice or invoice number is required for all exchanges


Cancellation Policy

      Online orders can be Cancelled before the item is dispatched within 24 hours.


 

6 months warranty

      Repairs are available for all jewelry purchased from Giva.

      Common repair services include chain repair, and stone replacement.

      Customers must present the original proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

      Minor repairs may be completed within 14–21 business days; complex repairs may take longer.

 

2. Replating within one year

      Giva offers replating services for gold-plated, rhodium-plated, or other plated jewelry.

      Replating restores the original shine and finish of your jewelry.

      Replating can be requested for free as part of our warranty (if applicable)..

      Jewelry must be clean and free from dirt or cosmetic residue for replating.

3. Warranty & Service Charges

      Jewelry under warranty may be eligible for free repairs or replating depending on the nature of the issue.

 

4. Procedure

      Customers can submit their jewelry at any Giva store or via authorized mail-in service (if applicable).

      Each item will be inspected before any work is carried out.

      Giva is not responsible for damage incurred in transit if sent via mail; customers are encouraged to use secure packaging .

5. Exclusions

      Jewelry damaged due to negligence, improper storage, chemicals, or misuse is not covered under free repairs or warranty replating.
