Expanding beyond India, GIVA Sri Lanka reflects the brand’s growing global presence. Customers in Sri Lanka have shown strong love for GIVA’s designs, especially for its thoughtfully made and affordable jewellery. Building on this response, the brand expanded its retail presence in 2023 by opening three stores across the country.

Today, customers can visit GIVA stores at Colombo City Center, Havelock City Mall, and One Galle Face Mall. Along with physical stores, GIVA Sri Lanka also offers a seamless online jewellery experience, making it easy to explore and shop the latest collections.

Meet Our Founders

GIVA was founded  by a passionate team of entrepreneurs who combined strong technical, creative, and operational expertise to build a modern jewellery brand. At the forefront is Ishendra Agarwal, Founder and CEO at GIVA, who graduated from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Kanpur). There he developed a strong foundation in both technology and business. Alongside him, Nikita Prasad, Co-founder and Creative Head, brings deep design sensibility shaped by her background at the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT). Her experience in the jewellery industry, helping define GIVA’s distinct aesthetic across silver, gold, and lab grown diamond collections.

Supporting the brand’s rapid growth is Aditya Labroo, Co-founder of GIVA, who plays a key role in building and scaling the company’s core operations including warehousing, customer support, and human resources. An alumnus of IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta, he brings a strong mix of analytical thinking and people-first leadership. Together, the founders identified a gap for design-led, accessible jewellery and have shaped GIVA into one of India’s fastest growing jewellery brands.

Rayhana Jiffry– Country Lead, GIVA Sri Lanka

Rayhana Jiffry leads GIVA Sri Lanka as the Country Lead, driving the brand’s vision, growth, and market presence locally. With a strong eye for detail and a deep understanding of consumer trends, she has played a pivotal role in establishing GIVA as a contemporary jewellery destination in Sri Lanka.

Since its entry into the market, she has overseen key milestones including the launch of flagship showrooms at premier retail destinations and the introduction of the brand HEER - featuring lab grown diamonds and pure gold. 

Her leadership combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to brand building, spanning retail experience, marketing direction, and customer engagement. Under her guidance, GIVA Sri Lanka continues to evolve as a brand that blends modern design with accessibility, while staying rooted in quality and innovation.

Launch of HEER Collection (March 2026):  HEER by GIVA marked its debut with the introduction of lab-grown diamonds and pure gold jewellery, representing a significant step in premium product positioning within the Sri Lankan market. 

Opening of Colombo City Centre Showroom: The launch of the showroom at Colombo City Centre marked a strategic step in establishing a strong retail footprint. Located in a high-traffic, premium lifestyle mall, it increased visibility among urban consumers and tourists. 

Launch of One Galle Face Mall Showroom: The launch of the showroom at One Galle Face Mall marked GIVA’s expansion into one of Sri Lanka’s most prestigious shopping destinations. 

Launching Men’s Jewellery Collection: GIVA Sri Lanka expanded its product range with the introduction of pure silver men’s jewellery, driven by its growing popularity and demand.
