I ordered link chain but I received block chain. When asked to exchange and give the link chain I was told the product is out of stock. The customer service was bad. I now have to use a different chain which doesn't suit me. Giva could have exchange the chain alone provide me the link chain. Product check was not done from Giva end before delivery.
It's a beautiful pendant, whether you want a flower or a snowflake!!
Love the design of the snowflake. However the piece attaching the snowflake to the chain could have been less prominent and hope you can develop a better hook at the end of the chain (that part looks a bit cheap)
