Hi GIVA, Few Feedbacks : 1. I chose gift wrap this time for my GIVA Jewellery, but this time it simple contained a box without a ribbon, as received earlier. Can I visit a shop / store to get a ribbon. 2. This time I observe that the gift box did not came in a paper box which is totally sealed. This was helpful as everybody wants to see the arrived gift before gifting it. However, my suggestion would be to prepare a box with designs on it , not sealed on one side atleast and made of little thick paper so that it does not get wrinkled during transit. Or - it can be a paper Bag [As uploaded] with a ribbon attached on top. Think and gift innovative. 3. The design of the earring is superb - loved it very much. Would be happy if I get it in gold. 4. When you place the jewellery there should be no other holes / marks [As indicated by arrows]. It gives an impression , as if it was a used box / or was meant for something else. I got the wrong product, attached picture. many times i raised a complaint against this to replace the product with same one or another item... At least 4 to 5 times i mailed n call giva helpline to solve the issue but still now i no action... Very bad service, it harras me.

The product was a gift for someone. And they really liked it. Though, the delivery was late by 2 days and there was no response as I kept getting connected to AI agents. Hope you improve a bit on that front. Rest everything we loved. 🥰
