The delivery was on time but for two issues: - I ordered two products. These came separately. But had one bill showing both products delivered. As a result, I was panicking that I received only one product though the accompanying bill showed two products. I assumed I had lost one. Wrote on WhatsApp. No reply. - Paid for message and packaging. The message was printed with the bill! So you wanted me to give the message and the bill together? So unbecoming. And no gift wrapping for the second product. Why so sloppy?
